1,Monolithic vertical drain is a new product to process soft foundation and super soft foundation on the basis of traditional pvd .
2,Fundamental element: Monolithic vertical drain uses ultrasound generator whose vibration frequency is 5 billion HZ to firm filtration membrane and core board together.
3,Won't generate heat (maybe local tepefaction ) and peculiar smell, and need not gluewater and is harmless to workers' health when wrapping the core board by ultrasound.
4,The monolithic structure of PVD makes the connection more firmly and difficult peeling off.
5,The draining board owns excellent rigidity and endures great side pressure, so it is not easily to be bent or fallen down and keeps good shape, which can insure tonnage and other technical parameter is stable.
6,Prefabricated vertical drain owns excellent tenacity. Its draining function will not be influenced when foundation subsides forcing the draining board bent.
7,The monolithic structure formed by filtration membrane and the core board, makes every waterspout to be a single one and the whole monolithic PVD won't be influenced by any local damage.
